Professional oxygenated emulsion for the permanent hair dyeing process. From Válquer Laboratorios we present our oxidizing emulsion with oxygenated water with a concentration of 10 volumes (3%). Its essential feature is that it improves the development of colour by mixing with hair dye cream, in permanent dyes. It should also be noted that this vegan formulation carries osmotic (deionized) water and stabilized oxygenated water. It can also be used to mix with bleach powder in hair discoloration. Application: Mix in a plastic bowl with the dye cream or with the bleach powder until a homogeneous cream* evenly through the hair. Warnings: Contains hydrogen peroxide. Wear the appropriate dog shoes. Avoid contact with eyes. Rinse your eyes immediately when the product comes into contact with them.
