Description

This is the most popular 10" retracted replacement waste chute hydraulic closer in the slide industry for primarily your trash can and sometimes your laundry shoe door. But more often it is used for wheelie bin doors. The thick silver aluminum tube part of the cylinder is 10 inches long and 1 inch thick. The thin bar measures 5/8 inch in thickness and is in the retracted position by default. When you open the door completely, the shaft extends another 5.5 inches and measures 17 - 1/2 inches when fully extended.

When replacing the current wheelie bin closer, see the existing hydraulics and make sure the bolts and brackets are present at each end.
