Real emergency hold or Emergency opening function:

If an animal is under the slider during the closing process, the motor is automatically stopped and the flap is opened immediately.

The closing process is automatically repeated several times. No animal has to free themselves under the load of the flap, as is common with all other manufacturers

This function can be disabled in the settings.

Optional connection options:

Connection for external buttons available (for manual on and off). Outdoor light sensor. (If HK-Bat is mounted indoors, you need an external outdoor light sensor). Lock-on light 6 V 3 W (only when using external voltage via the included power supply or solar)

The following functions can be set on the integrated display:

Date and time: Current time, current date

Menu - Languages: DE (German), FR (French), EN (English)

Operating mode:

Operating modes for opening and closing, the combinations between twilight sensor and timer.

Time and light – an opening time for the morning. Flap opens when it is bright and the set opening time has been reached. A closing time for the evening. Flap is closed when it gets dark and when the set closing time or closing time delay (in minutes) has reached or elapsed. Time o light (+ time delay) - one of the set conditions for dusk or time must be achieved. Only time - lighting conditions are ignored. One opening time in the morning. One opening time in the evening. Only light (+ time delay) – the set % value of the light sensor must be reached. Then the flap closes immediately or after the set closing time delay. Attraction light:

When power is supplied via power supply 230 V / 6 V DC or solar module, a lock light with light strip 6 V DC 3 W can be switched. The light turns on at dusk and before closing the flap.

Installation instructions:

Never use the flap regulator without the weight attached. In addition to ready-assembled frame devices from Jostechnik you always need an additional connection rope. Never attach the nut to the pull rope directly to the flap or slider. An external outdoor light sensor is required when installing indoors or shading the installation location. For wall mounting, only use the 4 pre-drilled openings in the housing corners, each next to the lid attachment. So no moisture can enter the housing.
