●Reducing a 4" dust port on your machines has never been so easy. Connect directly to a 4-inch to 2-1/2-inch hose reducer directly to a 4-inch connector on machines such as band saws, table saws, large planers and more. This convenient combo pack is designed to accommodate most standard size 4" dust collection fittings such as Ys, Ts, elbows, blast gates, dust ports and other standard 4" dust collection fittings.
●Most wet/dry vacuum hoses plug directly into the smaller end of this fitting making it suitable for most professional woodworkers. There are some vacuum units that use different sized hoses and hose adapters. Please measure your hose and machine connections before purchasing.
●Two stainless steel hose clamps provide a tight seal at the 4" end and prevent falling out. These clamps fit perfectly into the slots around the coupling so no slipping when tightened. Each clamp has a universal nut that can be tightened with a flat head or Phillips screwdriver. The nut can also be tightened with a matching socket wrench.
●The rigid rubber coupling seals the reducer tightly around and ensures excellent air circulation. Easy to install and remove. As with most other dust collection fittings, it is always a good idea to have extra on hand when you need it. It is always better to have it and not need it than it is to need it and not have it.
●Made of high quality ABS plastic for longer service life, the reducers can withstand the constant friction and deposit flow of wood dust collectors. REDUCER DIMENSIONS The nominal 4 inch end is 3-24/25 inch OD and 3-41/25 inch ID; 2-1/2 inch nominal OD end measures 2-15/32 inch OD and 2-9/32 inch ID. Measurements may vary slightly due to slight variations in the manufacturing process.
