How to calculate the current size?
Device current/coefficient = semiconductor relay current (coefficient: Resistance load is 35%, bar load is 20%)
Example: A motor with a rated current of 10A, the motor is a polarlast formula: 10" 0.2-50A, so choose a 50A semiconductor relay.
How to choose the right radiator?
Proper use of the spotlight can effectively increase the service life of the semiconductor relay. The semiconductor relay generates a lot of heat. If the load current is higher than 10A, the spotlight must be used and thermal adhesive must be applied between the semiconductor relay and the radiator. (Over 60A plus fan for heat dissipation)
