Feature

●This MOSFET module uses two parallel N-channel logic compatible low Rds (on) MOSFETs for high current low-side switching applications.
●Use: you can control the power of power devices, motors, bulbs, LED lights, DC motors, micro pumps, solenoid valves, etc., enter PWM values, control the motor speed and lamp brightness, etc. Support multiple signal source triggers: can be connected to a microcontroller E/A port, PLC interfaces, DC current, etc.
●Operating voltage: DC 5 V - 36 V; trigger source: digital high-low (DC 3.3 V - 20 V); continuous current: 15 A, improve cooling conditions, the maximum current up to 30 A; power: 400 W.
●【High Reliability】High Availability: It uses a double active MOS output to achieve lower internal resistance, higher current and higher performance. In addition, it operates at 15A and 400W at ordinary temperature, which satisfies most devices and allows control of high performance equipment in a relaxed way.
●Support PWM: you can access the PWM signal, with the signal frequency 0 - 20 kHz

Description

Specifications:

Operating voltage: DC5V-36V.

Output voltage: DC5V-36V.

Output current: 15A continuous current at normal temperature, maximum 30A under auxiliary cooling units.

Output power: max. 400 W.

A switching output parallel MOSFETs provide a low Rds (on) resistance.

3.3 - 20 V input control voltage.

5 - 36 V output switching voltage.

15 A continuous current treatment capacity (see notes below).

Compatible with 3.3 and 5V logic (see notes below)

Double the load capacity without having to resort to bulky heat sinks.

These modules are most commonly powered by a logical 5V voltage that supports about 15A continuous current. When operated with PWM, the maximum peak current can be up to 30A or more.

While the modules are technically compatible with 3.3V logic, they must be reduced for safe operation. Since the 3.3V logic may only oscillate to 3V when high logic, the current may need to be limited to <10A to avoid excessive heating.

Note that the module does not have flyback diode on the board. When using the module with inductive loads, an external return diode should be used to avoid possible damage.

Package includes:

5 x MOSFET trigger switch module.
