Feature

●PWM signal frequency range: this converter module can convert 0-5 V or 0-10 V analogue input voltage into 0-100% PWM signal. The PWM signal frequency range is between 2 kHz and 20 kHz, the maximum at 20 kHz and the standard minimum at 2 kHz
●2KHZ-20KHZ --- The output PWM signal frequency is adjustable within 2KHZ-20KHZ. There are a total of 11 positions, corresponding to 2 kHz, 4 kHz, 6 kHz, 8 kHz, maximum 20 kHz, the standard frequency is 2 kHz. For the PNP PWM output, the level can only be 5 V. a common cat a common catcattesticle connection and connect to an MCU, etc
●Standard function: the standard function converts 0-10 V to 0-100% 2 kHz PWM signal; the output frequency can be adjusted by adjusting the potentiometer as needed. PWM signal and voltage can be direct ratio (positive phase output) or inverse ratio (negative phase output)
●Used for: the voltage PWM converter is used for the interface circuit for speed control of the PWM motor, the AD interface conversion of the instrument and other applications where the voltage needs to be converted into a PWM signal
●2 kinds of PWM signals --- There are two types of PWM signals: PNP PWM output and NPN PWM output: the PNP PWM output only has 5V level, the NPN PWM output 5V and 24V level. The NPN PWM signal output supports connecting a common cathode and a common anode, 5. V and 24V on two levels. With a 24 V output level, a 24 V power supply is required

2. For instrument AD interface conversion

3. Other signal processing interfaces where the voltage is converted into a PWM signal.

Features:

1. Convert an analog input voltage of 0-5V or 0-10V into a PWM signal of 0-100%. The PWM signal frequency is in the range of 2KHZ-20KHZ, the maximum is 20KHZ. The default setting is the minimum of 2KHZ. The standard function is 0-10V to 0-100% 2kHz PWM signal. Customers can set the potentiometer on the board to adjust the appropriate frequency of the output according to their needs.

2. The PWM signal and voltage can be output proportionally or vice versa.

3. There are two types of PWM signals. They are PNP PWM output or NPN PWM output Among them, the PNP PWM output can only have a 5V level, and the NPN PWM output has two levels: 5V and 24V. When the NPN PWM signal is output, it supports a common cathode connection and a common anode connection, and there are two levels of 5V and 24V. When output a 24V level, the power supply requires 24V. If a PNP P P WWM-Iissue the level can only be 5 V. Just common cathode wiring, connected to MCU and so on.

4. The PWM output signal frequency can be adjusted from 2kHz to 20kHz, there are a total of 11 gears, which correspond to 2kHz, 4kHz, 6kHz, 8kHz, and the maximum is 20kHz. The standard frequency is 2KHZ.

5. The input power supply of the module is 7-30V. The current is more than 200mA. Recommended power supply 15-30VDC. When output a PWM signal with 24V level, the power supply requires a 24VDC power supply.

6. Reserve an external potentiometer interface. It can be connected to a potentiometer to adjust the PWM output.
