Back sleepers can put the head back into the shaped ergonomic head recess. The neck is supported and relieved by the special design. Side sleepers place the smart recovery pillow with the long side directly on the shoulder and place the head on the slightly curved cushion side. The pillow is shaped so that neck and shoulder areas are relieved and thus a restful sleep is possible.
