The neck pillow is ideal as a neck warmer. Thanks to its low weight, the heat neck pillow creates little pressure load and is versatile. The cushion and collar are filled. The cushion remains comfortable when walking, sitting and bending over the neck and shoulder area. Grains and cores are suitable for easy warming in micro and oven. A heat application takes about 15 minutes. Made in Germany. The exact instructions are included with the grain cushion.
As a heat neck pillow for the microwave
At approx. 600 watts (medium level) approx. 1.5 minutes. If the desired heat has not yet been reached, shake your neck heat pad well and continue to heat it at intervals of 15 seconds until the desired heat is reached.
As a heat neck pillow for the oven.
Do not preheat the oven. Use baking paper. Pillow must be exposed Put a cup of water in the oven. Air circulation: medium rail, 130 °C, approx. 9-11 minutes, or bottom and top heat: medium rail, 150 °C, approx. 9-11 minutes.
As a heat pad on the radiator.
With less heat requirements, the cushion can be heated on the radiator.
As a cold cushion.
Place the pillow in the fridge or freezer for several hours.

You have the option to choose between different fillings above. Selection of spelt pillows, cherry stone pillows, linseed pillows, grape seed pillows, rapeseed pillows, St. Johns seed cushion and wheat grain. From cherry stones very hard, to St. Johns kernels very fine. Our recommendation: Rapeseed cushion
