1. Does not light up?
Usually the neon powder was just preserved and it was not charged by light, so it wont glow. So it will not light up. Place the glow powder under the light for about 10-30 minutes and then place it in the dark to see the glow effect.
2. Does the glow time have something to do with charging time?
There is no difference between one charge of one day and one hour charge as the fluorescent powder has an absorption saturation.
Once the light absorbed by the fluorescent powder is saturated, the charged light source starts to disperse automatically. So you need to recharge 10-30 minutes before glowing.
3. Uneven brightness?
Do not shake the pigment when charging is complete. As soon as the luminous pigment shivers,
