Description

This set includes a commercial weight of 15" x 10" baking tray, a rose gold cooling rack and a 14.5" x 9.5" silicone baking mat. This is a perfect practical set for the baker. Place the silicone mat on the cookie sheet and add your cookie dough or treats. Bake and then remove and treat the cookie and place it in the cooling rack. You will get the best cookies/treats of all time without non-stick sprays, oils or dirt. The treats bake evenly. The baking trays have a non-stick ceramic coating which makes them durable and easy to clean. Non-stick ceramic surface is PTFE free, cadmium free, lead free, PFOA free and PFOS free. The cooling rack has been designed to fit in the baking trays for storage. Functionally, the cooling rack has handles and five V-shaped feet on the bottom that keep the grid away from the counter and allow the biscuit or baked food to cool faster. The mat is made of Japanese silicone which is easy to clean and dishwasher safe. Use and care instructions: remove all packaging materials and labels before first use. Wash in warm soapy water. Rinse thoroughly with a soft cloth and dry. Utensils - plastic, rubber, silicone or wooden utensils are recommended. Avoid using sharp objects or metal utensils as they can scratch any non-stick surface. Always remove the food from the pan before cutting or cutting. Cleaning - cool completely before washing. Hand wash with a soft cloth or sponge and non-abrasive detergents or liquid dish soap in warm water. Rinse and then dry with a soft towel.
