You need to loosen this knot and open the puzzle lock. The length of the neck support can be changed depending on the type of bottle (champagne, wine, beer bottle...).
Minimum height: 27.5 cm (beer). Other heights available: 29.5 cm (wine); 31.5 cm (champagne).
