Description

Insert a VHS-C tape into the Nedis VCON110BK VHS-C tape converter for recording or viewing with a standard VCR. Use one AA battery (not included) to automatically open the compartment and insert or remove the strap. Note that 8mm cartridges are not compatible with the VCON110BK. Only those with the VHS-C logo can be used. If you are using the VCON110BK with a VCR and VHS-C tape, please note the following information and precautions. • Over the years, dust and grease accumulate on your VCR and VHS-C tape that is not always visible to the naked eye. This can damage the inserted cassettes or block your VCR before use. We recommend using a VHS cleaner for your device. • Before inserting a VHS-C band, check if the VHS-C tape is not stuck. If this is the case, you can reduce the tension on the belt by rolling the main pulley by a quarter turn (90°). • Avoid using the fast forward or reverse functions whenever possible. This avoids unnecessary pressure on the VHS-C band. Additional information when you insert a band for the first time. Roll the tape all the way forward first and then all the way back before pressing the play button on the VCR.
