The best way to restore magnesium levels in the body is a dip bath with epsom salt. A magnesium-rich salt solution improves the skins moisture supply and barrier function. [1]
Add 7 measuring spoons (approx. 215g) to your lukewarm full bath (37-39 degrees). Immerse once or twice a week for 20 minutes.
