Description

Silicone tube set (10 x 14 mm) for voice therapy. The set consists of a total of 10 hoses measuring 32-35 cm in length. The aim of voice therapy is to find the best way to train and improve the voice within the patients anatomical and physiological abilities. This therapy method has many names and has been known for many decades. The phonation in our silicone tube in combination with the back pressure of the water massages the vocal cords in a simple and effective way. The hose has an inner diameter of 10 mm and an outer diameter of 14 mm (2 mm wall thickness). Our vocal therapy tubes are free from harmful substances and plasticisers, food-safe, free from polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons (PAHs), dishwasher-safe and suitable for sterilisation. For therapy, hose is simply inserted into a glass or bottle with some water and you start to "bubble" into the bottle with a Uuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuu. Due to the light back pressure of the water, your voice is trained and relaxed.

Box contents of Elastomer24: Pack of 10 silicone hoses, each approx. 32-35 cm long, 10 mm diameter, 2 mm wall thickness, loose packaging.

There are studies that confirm the success of such a method. Just google for "phonation into a straw".
