Note:

1. The drive is not suitable for car.

2. The device can burn CD unfortunately, DVD cannot burn.

3. Please connect directly to your computers USB port. If you connect it to the USB hub or extension cable, it may not recognise the driver or read the CD/DVD.

4. Desktop PC Connector: Please connect the device to the motherboard USB port for normal use.

5. This drive is not fully compatible with Windows 10 computers due to the compatibility problems between Windows 10 itself and the external hardware. We have suggested to download VLC Media Player to play DVD and CD.

6. The laptop has sufficient power supply to burn CD/DVD, you could use the charging cable when burning.
