FAQs you want to know:
Q1: How do I know if the connection was successful?
Please make sure your device is unlocked and the blue light will light up after the receiver is connected. Press the on/off switch of the microphone for about 3 seconds to turn it on. If the blue light is on permanently on both the receiver and the transmitter, it means that they are successfully paired. (Note: If the connection is not successful, do not worry, simply turn off the microphone, unplug the device and try to connect it again.)
Q2: Suddenly interrupted?
If your device is locked, there may be an interruption in the connection between the transmitter and the receiver. If this happens, please follow the following steps: 1. Unplug the receiver and turn off the mini microphone. 2. Reconnect the receiver and turn the microphones back on.
Q3: How do I pause recording with one click?
Slide the mute switch upwards. The blue indicator light of the microphone still flashes, at this time the lapel microphone pauses recording. Slide the mute switch down to resume recording.
Q4: What should I do if there is no sound recording?
1. Check if the connection is successful.
2. Check if you are in mute mode.
3. Make sure the volume is not set to 0 when playing the recording.
Q5: Are the lapel microphones completely noise cancelling?
Since this microphone is intended for omnidirectional live broadcasting, it picks up many sounds despite built-in noise reduction. However, this is not professional studio equipment. Therefore, it may occasionally noise due to environmental problems. You can use noise removal software afterwards.
Q6: How do I reduce noise?
1. Keep the clip-on microphone at least 18 cm / 7 inches away from the sound source to avoid popping sound.
2. Keep away from noise sources (e.g. fans, air conditioners, refrigerators, friction on clothes).
3. Keep the microphone relatively quiet during recording to reduce noise.
Note:
1. The lapel microphone is for recording only and is not a speaker. It cannot amplify the sound.
2. No need to charge the receiver. Simply charge the wireless microphone.
3. If the blue light flashes constantly, this indicates a failed connection. You need to reconnect.
4. Press and hold the power button for about 3 seconds to turn off the microphone.
5. Please unplug the receiver before listening to your recordings.
