Instructions:Customers must reset and reinstall driver to factory settings:
1. Press and hold the "for Windows" and "X" keys on the keyboard at the same time to find the control panel.
2. Then select "View Devices and Printers".
3. Select "Advanced Printer Settings" to search for connected and available printers.
4. Then click on "The printer you want is not in the list".
5. Add local printers manually.

Note:
Solution for incompatibility: Reset the printer. Follow the steps below to reset the printing device. Turn on the printer (if not already turned on). Wait for the printer to fully stop before continuing. After turning on the printer, unplug the power cord from the back of the printer. Unplug the power cord from the socket. Wait at least 60 seconds. Plug the power cord back into the socket. NOTE: HP recommends connecting the printers power cord directly to an electrical outlet. Reconnect the power cord to the back of the printer. Turn on the printer (if not already turned on automatically). It can be used for a while
