Animal Design Double Sharpener with Eraser
The quality of the sharpener, especially the knife, is crucial for optimum sharpening of wood-clad pens. Pencils can be sharpened very slim and thin due to their robust and hard leads. Colour pencils are shorter and blunt due to their softer lead. To ensure optimum sharpening, we recommend replacing the sharpener from time to time as the sharpener becomes blunt over time. This then leads to increased peak breakage.
