Tips for a strong hold.
Make sure your skin is dry
Always attach the plaster without tension.
Let the plaster unfold its full adhesive power for about 60 minutes before applying it.
After the shower or after swimming, you should only dab the plaster slightly.
Cut off loosening areas close to the skin.
Change the plaster every 7-10 days to achieve an optimal result.
