The new Horizon speaker series from ESX offers an optimal ratio in terms of price/performance and sets the bar enormously high in this price range. HZ speakers stand for quality, design and performance alike.
HIGHLY UP:
Normally, speakers in this price range have inexpensive and not particularly fine resolution tweeters installed. In the HZ series you will find a good-sounding 20 mm tweeter with fabric dome. The HZ693 also has a 25 mm fabric midrange driver for rich midrange.
Stable and precise.
The ultra-rigid polypropylene membrane ensures accurate and clean deflections even at permanently high levels. The powerful magnetic drive is optimally protected with a strong rubber boot and sits stably on a reinforced low-resonance steel basket with very moderate installation depths for any basket size. Elegant, discreet protective grille round off any system perfectly.
3 ohm.
The HZ62, HZ693, HZ32, HZ462 and HZ572 models have a very high efficiency thanks to their efficient 3 ohm voice coil. This means that even with low power (as often only come directly from the car radio) a very good sound performance and high volume is achieved.
