Description

Product features:

1. Model: 3.3P-5V.

Function: input signal 0-100% PWM level 3.3V, output voltage 0-10V

2. PWM signal reception frequency range: 100Hz - 3kHz (1-3kHz is recommended)

3. Insert the jump pin to 5V.

4. Analog voltage output: The following is the output voltage of 0-10V for illustration.

After switching on, if there is no input signal, the output is 0 V.

When switched on for the first time, calibration can be performed: enter a signal with a cycle ratio of 50% and an amplitude of 3.3 V according to DIN and DIN+. The frequency is 1 to 3 kHz. Use a multimeter to measure two AO and GND ports. Adjust the potentiometer on the board so that the multimeter shows 5.40V. This calibrates the corresponding relationship between the pulse signal and this module. The resolution of this module is 0.1 V. The output current capacity is 10 mA. If the cycle ratio percentage is inversely proportional to the voltage, you can check the STEP LOW, ACTIVE check box to set the pins of the PWM output in the MACH3 software.

5. Operating voltage: 15-30V DC (power supply required for power supply: >100mA), 12V adaptable.

6. Output power: approx. 10mA

7. Mounting method: screw hole 4 x M3.

Connection:

1. DIN+: positive PWM signal (for the common cathode, connect it to the PWM signal; for the common anode, connect it with 3.3V from the signal port).

2. DIN: negative PWM signal (for common cathode, connect it to GND; for common anode, connect it to PWM signal)

3. 12-30V: positive from the power supply.

4. GND: Power supply ground.

5. GND: Power supply ground. It is connected to the ground of the power supply.

6. AO: Output port
