Fascia training specifically relieves pain, which is caused by tension, adhesion and hardening of the fascia (also referred to as connective tissue), which should achieve noticeable relief of these discomfort. The massage roller is therefore ideal for eliminating locally limited muscle hardening (so-called myofascial trigger points), which are locally sensitive to pressure and from which transferred pain can occur. The therapy is aimed at the targeted reduction/deactivation of the permanently contracted muscle fibres and the subsequent sustainable prevention of these permanently shortened/misstressed muscles.
