Nervous interference noise.
Who doesnt know it:
The speakers are installed after long work, the first listening check is on, and then the door "rapples".
No trace of music enjoyment. Annoying background noises that do not belong to the music determine the enjoyment of music. In this case, only one thing helps: a neat door insulation.
To find the right insulation, Hifonics now offers 3 different quality levels. Depending on the volume of the system, you can choose between 3 power levels.

120 dB.
The introduction is the new 120 dB. Recommended for music systems around 120 dB. With a thickness of 1.8 mm, the Alubutyl has very good damping properties. The 8 self-adhesive plates with the size 500 mm x 370 mm are sufficient for 2 doors and can be best processed with the HF-RKS set. This includes not only a special knife to cut the aluminium/butyl plates into the correct shape, but also a roller with special "nubs" to press the material perfectly onto the vibrating parts.

Combination with foam.
To achieve an even better result, there are two acoustic foams that ensure that the sound is left where it belongs. With the ZSQ7 and ZSQ15, even the very last disturbances are finally eliminated. Since both foams can be compressed almost to "zero", they can be used to decouple door panels and metal carriers.

RESULT
The result is amazing. Where previously many parts have been inclined to resonate, you can now hear: NOTHING, except the sound of the speakers
