Description

Applications:
The AD8310 is a high-speed voltage output logarithmic amplifier with a detection frequency range of DC to 440MHz. Has a very fast response time (typically 15 ns) and can be used as an ASK demodulator for more than 10 MHz. It is also the best choice for higher precision IF signal measurement chips.
The detector output voltage is equivalent to the input signal dB output, and its applications include RSSI, transmit power control and pulse detection.
Parameters:
1. Operating frequency: 0.1 - 440 MHz.
2. Detection slope: +24 mV / dB.
3. Detection intercept: -108 dBV
4. Dynamic range: -77 dBm to +18 dBm (95 dB).
5. Linearity error: ± 0.4 dB
6. Response time: 15nS
7. Output voltage: 0.35 - 2.5 V.
8. Working current: 12 mA.
9. Operating voltage: 7-15 V (with LM78L05 regulator chip).
