How it works:
Derma Roller works by creating "microchannels" in the skin. The microchannels generated during treatment allow the active ingredients of your skincare products to penetrate into the deepest layers of skin for even more powerful results.
After the derma roller treatment, your body naturally starts to regenerate and repair the skin, working under the surface. This means that new collagen and elastin are formed, promotes skin rejuvenation, and new skin cells are regenerated. It usually takes up to six weeks for visible signs of a repair to be visible and this will continue in the following months.
How long can a derma roller be used?
Technically speaking, dermaroller are disposable products.
Replace needles between 0.3 and 0.5 mm after 10-15 uses or every 20-30 days.
For needles that are longer than 1.0 mm, we strongly recommend single use. Make sure it (needle longer than 0.5mm) is operated by experienced users or professional expectations.

Step 1: Disinfect your roller and wash your faceDisinfect your derma roller by soaking it in 70% isopropyl alcohol for about 5 to 10 minutes. Thoroughly clean your face with a gentle pH neutral cleanser. If you use a derma roller with needles of more than 0.5 mm, you must also wipe your face with 70% isopropyl alcohol before rolling. |
Step 2: Start with Derma RollingDepending on skin compatibility and sensitivity, roll 6 to 8 times in one direction and lift the roller after each pass. So roll in one direction. Raise Repeat After rolling in one direction, its time to return over the straight rolled area and repeat the process in vertical direction. After microneedling, rinse your face with water only. |
Step 3: Clean your derma rollerClean your derma roller with detergent. Fill soapy water into a plastic container and then swing vigorously around the roller to ensure that the roller does not hit the sides. The reason we use detergents such as detergents right after rolling is the alcohol in skin and blood. Disinfect your derma roller again by soaking it in 70% isopropyl alcohol for 10 minutes. Put it back in its case, give it a kiss and keep it in a safe place. |
