K2 DPF diesel particulate filter cleaner 500 ml: is a professional cleaner of soot particulate filter (DPF/FAP) of diesel engines.
The cleaner dissolves and removes combustion residues and ash that has accumulated in the filter without disassembly. The execution is quick, easy and effective. The included applicator hose helps with cleaning.
After application, K2 DPF cleaner evaporates completely.

Read the manufacturers instructions first. These always have priority.
Before cleaning the DP filter, the car should be completely cooled. Then you would have to determine where the diesel particulate filter is located. In order to gain access to the particulate filter, other parts may have to be dismantled beforehand.
Shake the can and then insert the hose with the nozzle on the spray head, the nozzle on the hose is used to insert into the filter.
Then remove the pressure or temperature sensor, through this hole insert the hose with the valve. Then spray the entire can contents into the filter and take a break of 5 seconds every 3-5 seconds to distribute everything evenly.
Then attach the pressure or temperature sensor again. Start the car and let the engine idle for 15 minutes so that the liquid can evaporate. Then carry out a 30 minute drive by car to complete the cleaning process, there may be residual water vapour from the exhaust system.
Please note that cleaning the DP filter should be carried out in the specialist workshop. Do the cleaning yourself and take responsibility for it.
