1 - OEM quality.
Continuous research, laboratory testing and road tests produce more than 100 different mixtures for the Brembo brake pads.
2 - Scorching
For maximum efficiency even at high temperatures, the Brembo brake pads undergo this thermal surface treatment. All operations are always carried out in compliance with the original equipment technical specifications.
3 - Substrate
Insulation material between brake pad, piston and brake fluid, which absorbs noise and vibrations.
4 - OE pressing process
Pressing process with direct forming. Thanks to the high pressure values, the friction material can be glued to the metal base with the highest precision.
5 - Metal base with sheet metal
Reduces noise and ensures safety when braking. The various damping layers called Shims (rubber, steel, rubber) also reduce vibrations and noise.
