Tips: How to check OBD2 protocol: Check vehicle control information (VECI) stickers located under the hood of the engine or through the radiators of most vehicles. <10.8V [before starting] too low. Please change the battery, otherwise the vehicle may not be started.
11.8V-12.8V [before starting] normal.
12.8V-13.2V [after starting] too low, it can not be possible to charge the battery, please check other electrical load.
13.2V-14.8V [after start] normal.
> 14.8V [After starting] Too high. It could damage the battery, please check the motor stabiliser.
Note: If the current voltage of your vehicle after diagnosis is 11.9 V and after a few hours keeps the same or lower voltage, it is possible that your car battery is damaged (based on your normal vehicle motor). It will no longer be charged, please change the battery.
