●SV193 0.8X Field Flattener improves signal-to-noise ratio; meets the requirements of sufficient exposure in short time ●Designed for use with refractors with focal lengths from 400mm to 660mm and aperture ratios from f/5 to f/7.5 ●One side is a standard 2" female connector for connecting to the main lens; the other side has an M48x0.75 thread for connecting to the camera bayonet ●3 elements 2 groups lens structure; full multi-layer coating; blackened lens edges; a superior clear image for you ●Highly polished and hard anodized aluminum housing make the focal length reducer lightweight
Description
Optically bright refractor telescopes used for astrophotography are often plagued by a strong field of view that is particularly noticeable when using CCD/CMOS imagers and DSLRs with APS-C and full-frame sensors. This manifests itself in stars that are blurred at the edge of the picture frame.
Compatibility
One side is a standard 2" female connector for connecting to the main lens; the other side is an M48x0.75 thread for connecting to the camera bayonet.
Superior clear image
Suitable for refractors with focal lengths from 400 mm to 660 mm and aperture ratios from f/5 to f/7.5, the field flattener for short refractors
Superior clear image
3 elements 2 groups lens structure corrects the dispersion of the glass and reduces chromatic aberration
