FAQ
1. Why does this wireless car charger charge slowly or not at all?
(1) Make sure your phone supports wireless charging function. Otherwise, wireless charging cannot be carried out.
(2) Please remove the thick, uneven or sturdy case, metal ring holder, metal clasps and credit cards to get optimal charging. Make sure your phone case is not thicker than 4 mm.
(3) Before using the wireless charger, please use the included USB cable to connect the phone holder to the QC3.0 charging port and connect the power. Other adapters or USB ports do not support fast charging and cannot provide enough power for this car phone holder charger, QC3.0 charger is recommended for high charging efficiency
(4) GPS navigation or music playback can affect the charging speed, the rate of battery consumption may be higher than charging.
(5) Please note: Wireless charging is not as fast as wired charging, which is not a fault of this wireless car charger.

3. Why does the charger occasionally fall off the air vent?
This air vent clamp is 360 adjustable ,please make sure to rotate the transmission switch to hold the air vent blade firmly.

No, because the charging coil of the Galaxy Z Filp3, Z Fold3 is different from other mobile phones.
