[Question]: Which mobile phone models is it compatible with?

A: 1. Compatible with all mobile phones(5.4 - 7in) with wireless charging function (please refer to the table above on specific models);

2. Incompatible with mobile phones without wireless charging function, for example, series earlier than iPhone 7 cannot be wirelessly charged;

3. Not compatible with Samsung foldable series mobile phones (because the wireless charging coil is not in the middle).

[Question]: Which phone cases are compatible?

A: 1. Compatible with all phone cases under 4mm thick;

2. Not compatible with cases with the iron ring on the back. Pls notice that magnets or metals between the wireless charger and the phone will cause a charging fault, pls remove metal/magnetic objects, credit cards, or pop holders before charging!

[Question]: How to get fast charging?

A: 1. According to your phone size, adjust the gear at the bottom of the holder to align the phone coil with the holder coil (the holder coil is at the "lightning" mark, and the mobile phone coil is usually in the middle), the more precise the setting, the faster the charge;

2. QC3.0 car charger more than 18W is needed (Included);

3. Pls use our supplied USB charging cable, do not use the original USB charger (the power is too low).

[Question]: What type of air outlet is it suitable for?

A: Fit Most Vent, but not applicable if the blades of the air outlet curved. Pls see the last picture, OR confirm with us before purchasing.
