Choose a suitable flex
Stiffness Flex Ranking: Extra stiff (X) > stiff (S) > medium (SR) > normal (R) > senior (A) > women (L).
1. Stiff (S): Flex Stiff is mainly used by golfers who regularly hit the ball 250-260 yards. This is one of the two most popular stiffnesses and is usually used by medium to low handicap players.
2. Medium (SR): Flex SR is usually used by golfers who regularly hit the ball between 240 and 250 yards, it is between S and R flex.
3. Regular(R): Flex Regular is used by golfers who regularly hit the ball between 210 and 240 yards and is also a very popular choice. This stiffness is suitable for medium-height handicappers.
