The semi-soft BTFL disco roller skates are perfect freestyle skates and disco roller skates in one. The flat heel, the soft insole and the soft outer material will put these roller skates on a level with your favourite trainers. The high shaft allows the shoe to be firmly laced up so that even narrow feet are fully supported. The high wearing comfort offers complete freedom of movement while cruising or doing tricks. 1. When you are standing up straight in the shoe, dont worry if the toe touches the front. With bent knees and laced shoes, the feet should not, or only slightly touch. (you cannot skate with straight knees, you would fall on your back!!!)

2. Please put on both roller skates and tie them. (You can not effectively judge the fit of the skate standing on one shoe, as that is not the typical skating position) Bend your knees and see whether the shoe fits, as now the heel will slide back and the shoe will give the optimum support.
