Replacement axle inserts for Elite direct drive trainer. Contains, both drive and non-driveside inserts for Q/R or 142 x 12 rear dropouts and the 5 mm washer for adapting the trainer between 130 and 135 mm Q/R spacing. Will fit all Elite direct drive trainers that use this system. Will not fit Turbomuin models
