Designed for recreational hockey players, the helmet features a multi-dimensional foam insert optimized for comfort and protection. To adjust the helmet size, loosen the side clips at the point where Bauer stands, and expand the helmet to the largest size. This makes the helmet longer from front to back. Put it on the head and gently press it together. Once attached, the adjustable clips can be locked back into place.
