Simple and robust construction.
Using Omnia is easy and requires no installation. The oven is tested and works on almost any hob (not suitable for glass ceramic hobs).
Material: Sheet steel / aluminium. Dimensions: diameter 250 mm; total height: approx. 140 mm; weight: approx. 0.5 kg; volume: approx. 2 litres.
Three parts:
The Omnia consists of three parts. An aluminium mould in which all the ingredients or the dough are put. The mould looks like a round Bundt cake form with a hole in the middle. Below it is a special steel base with a hole in the middle. The aluminium lid has small air holes and the right height so that the bread or the cake can rise properly.
Upper and lower heat.
The heat of the stove is conveyed by convection to the baked goods and the shape of the construction gives both top heat and bottom heat. The special base frame is shaped like a bowl and creates an air gap between the base frame and the bottom of the baking pan. Warm air in the air gap heats the base of the mould and, therefore, generates the bottom heat. Through the hole, both in the base frame and in the round aluminium shape, the warm air passes through the construction, is reflected on the lid and creates the upper heat.
