Tip 1: Ensure sufficient oxygen supply in the shoe. For very dense shoes, take the insole warmers out of your shoes and put them together in your jacket pocket to reactivate them.

For all outdoor activities - whether sports, gardening or "walking" - the extra-thin sole warmers keep the entire sole comfortably warm.

Sole warmers are extra thin shoe insoles that do not interfere with wearing and are suitable for any shoe. The entire surface of the heat sole is heated. Sole warmers provide up to 8+ hours of pleasant warmth and are indispensable in cold weather and in winter outdoors. Finally warm feet!

Use: Simply open the packaging and remove the heat insoles. Place the sole warmers with the textile side up and the smooth side down in the shoes. The insoles heat up by themselves by air within minutes.

A heat pad is made from 100% natural ingredients. The oxidation of the iron powder creates heat. The heat pads can be safely disposed of in normal household waste after use (single use).

Please note: As with all heat generating products, please be careful if they get too hot. Therefore, remove heat pads immediately if they are perceived to be too warm. For sensitive skin or reduced heat sensation (e.g. diabetes), check with the doctor whether the cushions are suitable for use. Do not use during sleep and for children aged 0 - 6 years as they may not communicate if it gets too warm.
