About the anti-fog:
Please do not touch or wipe the inner lenses as this may damage the anti-fog coatings.
Once the anti-fog coating stops working, you can:
Buy professional anti-fog spray and use it in the inner lenses before each swimming. Put a small amount of baby shampoo in your lenses, let it dry for 10 to 15 minutes and then rinse it thoroughly. Then simply dry them in the air. Spit some saliva into the lenses, gently spread it with your finger and rinse it in the pool or on the tap.
Besides, it is a great way to reduce the fogging problem, spray your face a few times with cold water before putting on the glasses. Theory says that when your face (inside the goggles) is warmer than the area outside the goggles and the heat of your face meets the cool outside temperature of the water, creates condensation mist.
