Since founding in 1979, Compass has been an independent family business that Michael Dehler and his second generation wife have been running as owners for over 40 years.

Basis and an essential part of the compass success: A passionate sailor with heart and soul is managing director Michael Dehler, who regularly spends his leisure time with the family actively on sailing and motor boats, and who is also internationally successful as a regatta sailor. Like him and his wife Antje, many Compass employees are active water sports enthusiasts and active regatta sailors. Personal passion and professional know-how of each individual characterise the company Compass.
