Improved braking performance and safetyNew brake hoses ensure reliable fluid flow, resulting in improved braking performance and increased safety when driving. |
Longer service lifeThese high-quality brake hoses are durable and resistant to environmental influences, extending their service life and reducing maintenance costs. |
Perfect fitThe brake hoses are precisely tailored to your vehicle model, ensuring effortless installation and minimising the risk of leakage. |
Better temperature resistanceThe new hoses are more resistant to high temperatures and withstand extreme conditions, improving the life and performance of the brake system. |
You can lift individual wheels with a jack or use a lifting platform to get access to the brake system. Open the expansion tank in the engine compartment and vacuum the brake fluid to minimise leakage when changing the brake hoses. Fill the sucked liquid into a clean container to reuse later.
Take a picture of the history of the old brake hose to find the correct position later. Provide a container to catch leaking brake fluid. Loosen the top end of the brake hose where it is connected to the brake line, and let the liquid drain. Then unscrew the connection with the caliper cylinder.
Remove the guards from the old hose and mount them on the new one. Mount the new brake hose in the same place by starting with the lower end of the brake calliper. Tighten the threads with the correct torque. Open the bleed screws, let the brake fluid run through a hose into a container while the brake pedal is pedaled.
