The interior of the salita can be seen. Its quick heating thermal block brings the water to the right temperature quickly and the 15 bar pump ensures just the right espresso pressure.
The passive warming plate for the cups is just as practical as the 1.25 litre water tank and the drip tray, both of which are removable.
