Description

For pasta or asparagus, it needs a high pot. The enamel pasta asparagus pot is 19 cm high with a narrow 16 cm diameter. So the asparagus sticks can stand in the pot, do not fall apart. So that you can easily remove pasta or asparagus, there is a sieve insert with handle matching the pot. A viewing glass lid also belongs to the pasta asparagus pot, so that you can observe the cooking process well or adjust the heat better. The enamel material is made of iron, which has been fused with glass at high temperatures, i.e. from natural raw materials. Our enamel cookware can be used on all hob types (gas, electric, glass ceramic, induction and even over open fire). Thanks to the iron core, heat is quickly conducted and then stored: for sustainable, energy-saving cooking. Perfect hygiene guarantees the non-porous, smooth surface made of glass. This is aroma-neutral and bacteria-inhibiting and also easy to clean. With proper use and proper care, enamelware will last for a long time and retain its typical shine. Use: not only spaghetti or asparagus can be cooked in the pasta pot, but also other vegetables. The pot can also be used as a normal cooking pot without sieve insert. Tip: fill the water only below the asparagus tips for asparagus cooking, so the delicate tips are only steamed in the water vapour and remain crisp. Reduce heat quickly, asparagus should never be boiled bubbly. When cooking asparagus, in addition to salt, always add some sugar to the water.
