In the long term, we are the most expensive solution, so we only trust high-quality cast iron and burn the pots with selected vegetable oil. This creates the magic shield, also called Patina, which surrounds the entire pot and is practically indestructible in addition to excellent non-stick properties unlike Teflon (you can try it with the fork or steel wool). If you want to strengthen the NonStick patina, simply coat the entire pot and pan with a little oil, place the whole for 1 hour at 200 °C in the oven and the pot set is like new. For this reason, the pots last for decades and never lose their functionality.
