Descriptions:
1. These high-precision chrome steel balls are warmly forged from bar material.
2. Modern ovens with precisely controlled atmospheres and temperatures are used for heat treatment to ensure uniform hardness and the right microstructure for each steel ball.
3. The ball hardness is controlled in the range of 60-63 HRC, measured on parallel flat surfaces.
4. Bearing balls are used for semi-precision bearings and in commercial applications such as rollers, locks and drawer guides.
5. Other application for steel ball bearings are drawer guides, door locks.
Please note:
Pay attention to rust, store dry. Conditions such as high humidity or long periods outdoors can cause rust.
