Luntfeiy Product usage method:
The waste cleaner must be supported by ER series BT series tool holders and D16 series collets.
Program a suitable tool path according to the processed product.
After changing the cleaner from the magazine, the liquid tube should be adjusted to close.
The starting speed is 500. After the fan blades are unfolded, they accelerate to the set speed and blow the workpiece down.
After finishing cleaning, the main shaft is raised to retract the fan blades.
Product matters that require attention:
The reserved space for height adjustment does not touch the products and fixtures on the workbench.
The recommended distance is between 10 and 15 cm.
Opening the door is prohibited during use.
Product usage parameters:
D160 speed 7000~10000 feed is adjusted according to the product.
D260 speed 4000~8000 feed is adjusted according to the product.
Size: shaft diameter: 16 mm.
