Hek-Y-Lock are small additional fuse suitable for MidiHeki (40 cm x 60 cm) from Dometic.
We have now experienced for ourselves that the Midi Heki roof windows with swing top start opening at higher speeds to the side and cause extreme noise.
With the small additional clips, you can now lock the bracket in its closed position so that it no longer has any play and independent opening at higher speeds no longer possible. No screwing, drilling or sawing required.
Easy to install in 5 seconds:
1. Hek-Y-Lock left and right click on the shackle.
2. Press the shackle upwards and insert the Hek Y-Lock with its nose into the side slotted hole.
3. Done, easy to remove in seconds without leaving a trace.
To open the roof hatch, simply turn the Hek Y-Lock with the nose out of the hole. Then you can open and close the hatch normally. After closing, simply press the Hek-Y-Lock back into the slotted hole with your nose.
The Hek-Y-Lock consists of:
2 pieces of special white high-performance plastic milled clips.
High-performance plastic does not bend and can withstand extreme temperature fluctuations. It is not 3D printing, we mill from a solid plastic plate.
The complete set weighs only 10 g.
Suitable for the following Midi Heki with swing top from Dometic. For Mini Hekis (40 x 40 cm) you will also find the right fuse among our items. For crank hatches, the additional fuse is not required.
