This practical hose reel drum is perfectly suitable for workshops, garages, production lines, private applications and other industrial fields. The light solid frame is made of steel piping and weighs only 8,15 kg, it can be easily transported and rotates 360° around its base.
Due to the laterraly attached bronze crank the hose can be easily locked at the desires length or retracted if it is not used. The steel drum is equipped witha brake that can be adjusted via a simple adjusting screw.
In order to connect the reel drum to a compressed air line, you only have to mount/install the already pre-assembled hose piece (ca.1,10 m) to a quick connector or a corresponding thread with the help of a 12,91 mm (1/4") external thread connection.
The max. working pressure of the used hose is 12 bar, but it withstands without diffuculty a high cut-in pressure for a short time.
You can connect a commercial compressed air gun with 12,91 mm (1/4") external thread or a corresponding 12,91 mm (1/4") coupling.
