Description

Very short (only 28.2cm deep) 19" special 1.5U case for use with mini ITX motherboards. The enclosure has a front backplane for two 3.5" SATA/SAS hard drives. Due to the height of 1.5U, standard motherboard port panels can be used on the back. The housing is supplied in the basic version without power supply. Optionally, Flex-ATX and 1U power supplies from 150W to 300W can be installed in the housing. In addition to the mini ITX motherboard, up to two 3.5" hard drives can be installed in the front accessible SATA/SAS backplane. In addition, there is a fixed installation option above the power supply cage for a maximum of two 2.5" hard drives or SSDs. Two slot brackets are integrated on the back for expansion cards - due to the backplane, there is only room for extremely short plug-in cards. Due to the rather unusual height of 1.5U / 1.5U, normal port panels can be installed at the back - unlike with 1U enclosures where special panels have to be used.
