It is 1972 when Maurizio and Isabella opened one of Italys first denim factories. In Urbania, later known as the Valley of Jeans, Maurizios passion for crafts and beautiful jeans comes to life. In addition to making jeans for well-known brands, Maurizio decides to found his own label and names it after the love of his life, Isabella Garcia. A brand is born. In the late 1970s, a Dutch buyer named Martin Kouwenberg begins to buy jeans from Maurizios factory. However, in 1985, Maurizio suffered an unhappiness. After a lot of hard work and wealthy years, one of his main customers goes bankrupt and he is unable to keep the factory running. To avoid the loss of his many patterns, Maurizio decides to hand them over to his loyal customer and friend from the Netherlands, who firmly promises to maintain the brand legacy. This coincidence of Italian passion and finesse with a typical Dutch, entrepreneurial design and business approach is still key to the fashion brand with a denim heart. Allora, ora e per sempre.
